Sale of Dwelling & Cattery

Acorus were first involved in Holmbushes Nursery three years prior to putting it on the market.

This previous involvement was regarding the removal of an agricultural occupancy condition following the closure of the nursery itself.

The property was unique in that it included a large garden, glasshouses and a number of small buildings including a cattery.

The marketing, agreed with the client included internet and rural publications from which three interested parties were found. Best and final offers were sought resulting in a sale.

Acorus dealt with a number of issues during the sale process to ensure everything proceeded satisfactorily to completion.
