Sale of Garden Centre & Dwelling

When our clients, a husband and wife from Ipswich, contacted us they were looking for some initial planning advice on their property. They were looking at selling up the garden centre and nursery they had developed.

Acorus were engaged to market the whole site. As the dwelling had a condition limiting its occupation to the garden centre, the planning implications were central to any sale.

Following a number of viewings and offers a sale was concluded to a family wishing to continue the garden centre operation and live on site.
