Sale of Livery Yard

When our client in Northamptonshire contacted us she wished to sell a small livery yard encompassing stables and a manège with approximately 5 hectares (13 acres) of land. As the yard had existing clients the sale was conducted with limited publicity.

Acorus’ planning experience also helped in terms of interpretation of the planning permissions that were held and the prospect of further development of the site.

There was a good level of interest in the yard and complex issues to deal with at the negotiation stage. The yard was sold to a new owner who also took over the existing business.
