New Home for Mower Business

When our client contacted us he recognised that his existing premises used for the sale and service of lawnmowers was not suitable.

The location on the corner of a busy residential street was not ideal and a site on a nearby horticultural nursery had been found.

The owner of the nursery (also a client) had recommended Acorus.

Plans were prepared for the conversion of the building into a sales and service area. Initial difficulties over access were overcome and planning permission finally achieved.
