Occupancy
Removal after Six Months Marketing
When a client in Norfolk contacted us he owned a run down
bungalow on a small plot of land.
After undertaking a number of improvements, the bungalow
was put on the market with Acorus to find an agricultural
buyer.
Very little interest was shown in the dwelling despite
marketing locally and in the national agricultural press.
Following a six month marketing campaign an application
was submitted to remove the agricultural tie. When assessing
the application, the Local Authority took the view of the
Valuation Officer over the value the property was marketed
at.
Following a full assessment of the case against Local Plan
and National Policy the tie was removed.
