Phil is Business Manager of the Wolverhampton office. He specialises in agricultural dwelling house appraisals, occupancy conditions and planning applications for farm diversification projects. He also has considerable experience in CLEUDS and CLOPUDS, planning and enforcement appeals.

Phil is actively involved in property management and sales in the Midlands and Wales region.

Alister has specialist knowledge in all aspects of rural and agricultural property management, planning, building design and surveying matters.

He has extensive experience of the dairy sector, farm building conversions and residential developments. Alister is an experienced project manager, designer and has recently been involved in retail garden centre developments and barn conversions.

Richard holds an honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University College.

Richard specialises in agricultural occupancy conditions and since joining Acorus, has worked on behalf of various rural clients on agricultural dwelling house appraisals, planning support statements and property sales

Emma is an Administrator based in the Wolverhampton office, providing general office support to the Midlands and Wales team. Emma tracks appeals and planning applications for the team.

Emma has previous administrative experience and has worked in customer services within the science sector of agricultural testing, specifically pesticides.

Emma holds an honours degree in Russian and Russian Studies from Leeds University. This incorporated modules in Japanese, with time spent studying in Moscow and Tokyo.
