Tendering and Contract Management
Once planning consent has been obtained the Acorus design team will advise you on the best way to proceed with your project through to completion. This can include the preparation of a straightforward set of plans to comply with the requirements of the Building Regulations or indeed the coordination of full production information to include a comprehensive set of construction drawings supported by a written specification of the works. Detailed project information will enable accurate tenders to be prepared, assist the contractor on site and ensure that the project can be carried out with little ambiguity.
The Acorus design team are able to facilitate all forms of tendering the project and advising on the most appropriate form of building contract. We can act as administrators of the contract, acting on behalf of the client, ensuring that the project moves to completion on time and to budget.
