Acorus' Yorkshire Team secures Full Planning Consent to regularise an existing agricultural building on behalf of Swillington Organic Farm.

The barn was approved with a 12 month conditional period to allow for noise monitoring to take place. The condition imposed by Leeds City Council follows an objection from a neighbour complaining about the sound of cows ‘mooing in a field’ during feeding time beside his property.

The application sought to regularise an agricultural building erected in 2016 for the storage of hay, straw, fodder and feed to include the adhoc use for livestock during periods of adverse weather, giving birth, newly born or isolation if they are sick.
