An Appeal was lodged on the latter application (reference 2015/1015) which was dismissed on the 11 July 2016 reference APP/L2630/W/16/3142449.

However, the Planning Inspectorate did confirm the proposed development 'would not cause harm to the safe operation of the highway network in the vicinity of the appeal site'.
