Planning Details Permission was granted for the change of use of the barn to a dwelling on the 20 September 2016 subject to nine conditions.

The permission is by way of permitted development under Class Q of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) England Order 2015.

This means the development must be completed by 19 September 2019.
