Class Q Success in Sussex

The Acorus East office has recently gained approval in Sussex for the conversion of modern agricultural buildings to two dwellings under Class Q Permitted Development Rights.  Following initial refusal by the LPA, more detail was submitted in terms of building works and arguments specifically against the relevance of Hibbitt to successfully overcome previous concerns.  The site has now been sold and the new owners are now considering other redevelopment options available as a direct result of the Class Q success.
