Dwelling and building success on game rearing farm, Lincolnshire

pheasant in field

Acorus’ eastern team have been successful in gaining planning permission for a new dwelling to support a game rearing enterprise, and also a new building for storage. The enterprise has been established for a number of years rearing pheasants and partridges, however in order to expand the business our client required a dwelling, together with a new building for storing equipment. The local planning authority employed their own agricultural consultant to appraise the proposal who agreed with the case put forward leading to the successful outcome. The dwelling application was in outline only, Acorus are hoping to secure the design and follow up stages, including discharging of conditions.
