CORONAVIRUS UPDATE – INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS


We would like to reassure our clients that it is our priority during these unprecedented times to continue to maintain our high levels of service. This is maybe not ‘business as usual’, however we have adapted our business practices in order to maintain and continue the delivery of our planning and design projects over the coming months. This will include:-


• Site meetings: Until further notice, staff will not be attending meetings. All communication for the time-being will be via phone, video and emails.
• Homeworking: Following recent Government advice, our offices have temporarily closed with all staff now deployed to remote working. Individuals will respond to emails and telephone calls as usual, regardless of their place of work.
• Telephone/Website Enquiries: Any enquiries will be dealt with as normal. Phones have been diverted but this will not impact upon the service provided.
