Class Q Success in North Yorkshire

farm building in field

We are pleased to have secured Class Q consent for a non-traditional farm building in North Yorkshire.  Consent was originally secured in 2015, but for personal reasons the client did not implement the consent.  The application was resubmitted with the previous plans and associated documentation and has been approved again.  The client will now be pressing-on with the development to create a new home.

More information on Class Q Permitted Development Rights is available here.  If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us here.
