House Success for Equine Business

horses grazing in field

After several years of living in a temporary dwelling, we are pleased to have secured outline planning permission for our client to live on site for their equestrian and dog-sitting enterprise.  It has been a few years of numerous temporary consents, but due to the grit and determination (of the client) we have got there in the end.  Working with the client we have now submitted a ‘reserved matters’ application for the family home – details were all prepared and ready to submit on the day we received the outline consent.  We are just hoping that the next phase only takes the statutory eight weeks to get approved.

Mrs R in Derbyshire is a delightful client with whom we have established a good working relationship over the years.

More information on key worker dwellings in the countryside is available here and on equine planning here.  If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us.
