New Dwelling and Tie Removal Success in Suffolk

old agricultural building in field

Acorus’ Eastern team have gained outline planning permission for a single dwelling in historic Lavenham, Suffolk. The clients currently occupy a house at the site which Acorus has also been successful in removing an equestrian occupancy condition from. Being just outside of Lavenham, and complying well within the objectives of the neighbourhood plan, strong support was gained which has ultimately resulted in a successful outcome.

More information on the removal of occupancy conditions is available here and here for planning applications in general.  If you have a proposal you would like to discuss, please contact us.
