'……………the dwellinghouse known as Warrenhill Farm, Benson, aforesaid and any other buildings now erected on the land edged red on the plan annexed hereto, shall not be occupied residentially except by a person wholly employed, or if retired whose last full-time employment, was in agriculture locally, or members of his or her immediate family residing with him or her or the widow or widower of a person, who prior to his or her death was so last employed.'
The agreement was amended to remove another property and the adjacent industrial site but the restriction remains on Warren Cottage.
UPLIFT CLAUSE The property will be sold subject to an uplift clause entitling the vendors to a share of any increase in value following any future removal of the agricultural occupancy condition/Section 52 Agreement.
