Job Vacancy - Architectural Technician – Exeter

We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join the design team in our Exeter office.  

The position is a full  time contract, subject to review after 6 months.

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Wage dependent on experience.


Proficient up-to-date CAD skills – AutoCAD essential, Revit Architecture and SketchUp advantageous. 
Experience of producing full working drawings from Planning to Building Regs and production information stages.
HNC/Diploma (or recognised qualification or membership) in Construction 
Knowledge of current UK Planning and Building Regulations.
Sound technical knowledge of UK construction practices.
Knowledge of building contracts and CDM 2015 desirable.
Good experience of building surveying.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Attention to detail and good communication skills essential.
Driving licence and own transport essential.
