Midland Team Secure Class Q At Appeal

The Midlands Team is very pleased to have secured a Class Q approval (change of use of an agricultural building to a dwelling) for a farmer client in Cheshire.  The building is a modern steel frame farm storage building and will create a single dwelling.  The consent was secured at Appeal following refusal by Warrington Borough Council.
