The Northern team has secured a Certificate of Lawfulness for a client in Lincolnshire – this related to the breach of an occupancy restriction for a dwelling which had not been complied with for the past 10 years.  The client is most pleased with the outcome, which ceases any enforcement action that the Council were considering.
