Triple Success For South Yorkshire Client

4th December, 2018 by Acorus in General

The Yorkshire team have secured a triple  success for a client in the Barnsley area with approvals for:

1) a Certificate of Lawfulness for occupying a house in breach of an agricultural occupancy condition for in excess of 10 years.

2) a Planning Inspectorate Appeal Win for a Retrospective Change of Use application from Agricultural Building to Commercial Use in the Green Belt.

3) a Class Q approval changing the use of an Agricultural Building to a Residential Use, following a resubmission strategy utilising comments from the Inspector in the earlier Appeal win.
The client is overjoyed with the successful outcome of all three approvals.
